These sessions are a space to explore your voice with care, curiosity, and intention.

Rooted in my work as a singer, composer, sound artist, and practicing sound healer, I combine vocal technique with a deeper awareness of how sound lives in the body.

We work with breath, resonance, tone, range, and expression—not just to strengthen your voice, but to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected while using it. I’m interested in the voice as both an instrument and a way of listening to yourself.

My approach is also informed by my studies in music therapy and my ongoing exploration of how vibration, rhythm, and sound can support regulation, emotional release, and self-expression.

Whether you’re a beginner, an experienced vocalist, or someone simply wanting to reconnect with your voice, these sessions offer space to build confidence, develop technique, and create a vocal practice that feels expressive and sustainable.

Please note: I am currently completing my degree and training toward becoming a certified music therapist through Berklee College of Music. These sessions are not clinical music therapy and are not a substitute for mental health or medical care. They are creative, educational vocal sessions centered on vocal development, embodied awareness, and personal exploration.
