These vocal sessions are designed as a space to explore your voice with care, curiosity, and intention. Rooted in my work as a singer, composer, sound artist, and practicing sound healer, each lesson blends vocal technique with a deeper awareness of how sound lives in the body.

Together, we focus on breath, resonance, tone, and expression, not just to strengthen your voice, but to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected while using it. Influenced by principles from music therapy, these sessions invite you to notice how vibration, rhythm, and sound can support emotional release, regulation, and self-expression.

***While I am currently in the process of becoming a certified music therapist through Berklee College of Music, these sessions are not a substitute for clinical music therapy. Instead, they offer a supportive creative environment for vocal growth and personal exploration.***
